EXAMINING PANELS AT LAST EXAMINATION SESSIONS

Under the regulations on "Students Continuance" approved by the University Social Council on 14 February 1989, according to which  "exams in the 5th and 6th examination sessions are to be sat before a three-member-panel made up of lecturers from the corresponding Department or from a related one, previously appointed by the Centre Board" (Art. 2.3), and exams in the 7th examination sessions are to be appointed by the University President (Art. 3.2), we inform that the composition of the examining panels in the Public International Law and Criminal Law Department is the following:

 

  • CRIMINAL LAW PANELS

Five-Year Degree in Law:

Full  members: L. Mar Carrasco Andrino, L. Felipe Renart García and L. Antonio Doval Pais.

Alternate members: L. Bernardo del Rosal Blasco, L. Carmen Juanatey Dorado and L. Isidoro Blanco Cordero.

 Six-Year Degree in Law & Business:

Full members: L. Bernardo del Rosal Blasco, L. Carmen Juanatey Dorado and L. Isidoro Blanco Cordero.

Alternate members: L. Mar Carrasco Andrino, L. Felipe Renart García and L. Antonio Doval Pais.

 Five- Year Degree in Criminology:

 Full members: L. Antonio Doval Pais, L. Mar Carrasco Andrino and L. Cristina Fernández-Pacheco Estrada.

 Alternate members: L. Vicente Vaíllo Oliveras, L. Mar Moya Fuentes and L. Juan Carlos Sandoval Coronado.

 Three-Year Degree in Public Management & Administration:

 Full members: L. Vicente Vaíllo Oliveras, L. Mar Moya Fuentes and L. Juan Carlos Sandoval Coronado.

 Alternate members: L. Antonio Doval Pais, L. Mar Carrasco Andrino and L. Cristina Fernández-Pacheco Estrada.

 

  • PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW PANELS

Panels for Five-Year Degree in Law, Six-Year Degree in Law & Business, and Three-Year Degree in Public Management & Administration:

Full members: L. Jaume Ferrer Lloret, L. Vicen Carreño Gualde and L. Maria Adelaide de Almeida Nascimento.

Alternate members: L. Millán Requena Casanova, L. María del Carmen Antón Guardiola. 

 

Examinations before a Panel are a right for students in their 5th, 6th and 7th examination sessions and, as a right, they can be waived by students provided that it shall not be detrimental to the interests of third parties.
